Built on half an acre of Sea view lands this 5,200 sq. ft villa boasts six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a downstairs games room with bathroom (which includes a table tennis table, fuse ball and a dart board).
There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen (all essential appliances and utensils are included) and an open concept living room with 20ft high ceilings which open out onto an outdoor dining patio with a dining table to seat eight people, an outdoor bar with drinks fridge, a swimming pool with a cascading infinity edge, separate sun tanning patios with sun loungers and free standing glass railings. All these features are what allow this villa to stand out above the rest.
